Slack​
We found Slack to be the best tool for our internal communication. We utilise built in functionality, such as huddles, automations, canvases, statuses, integrations, and others, to make communication within the team as smooth as possible. Teams​
MS Teams is the official tool for communicating with our Wilhelmsen colleagues outside of Ceataec. It's also the main tool for conducting our meetings, both formal and informal (for ex.: social time). We utilise the ability to record meetings to ensure that key decisions are traceable and to give the colleagues that were unavailable an ability to catch up afterwards.
Emails​
Of course we use emails for formal communication within Wilhelmsen and with clients. We use Microsoft Outlook as a tool for emails. It's available as part of the Office suite that Wilhelmsen provides for all employees (more about this here).
